This course is rooted in an approach of ritual that is kind, inclusive, earth honouring, feminist, anti-racist, LGBTQI-friendly, class-aware, and ethical without being overly intellectual. Participants can expect to learn skills that you can apply every day as well as flexible frameworks that expand your experiences and approaches to the sacred.

How it works:

The course is self-guided, which means you can take your time with each lesson, and review it as many times as you like. You can contact Jessica directly for questions that may arise during the course. You can engage the course via laptop, desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet. Lessons consist of four teaching videos that are no longer than 15 minutes long, for a total of 40 minutes (also available in transcript form), as well as extra resources, self-reflective homework and daily ritual recordings. Community features include an opt-in private Facebook group if you wish to connect with participants and ask questions to the group.

Module 1 - What is Energy Medicine?

In this module, we uncover what Energy Medicine is, the different treatments, the different types of energy, and why your energy is so important, so you will have a solid foundation when learning to work with your energy.  


Module 2 - How does Energy Medicine work?

In this module, we discuss  the body’s electromagnetic field, self-healing abilities, and frequency, resonance and entrainment so that you better understand the fundamentals of energy medicine for when you apply them.


Module 3 - Energy Medicine Treatments

In this module, we review a wide variety of common energy medicine treatments through the senses from around the world so that you can become more familiar with and discover which might best suit you.

Module 4 - Self-healing Rituals

In this module, we begin putting your knowledge of Energy Medicine into practice with some self-healing rituals for grounding, protection, and way to become in-tune with your own energy.
